يرجى قراءة سياستنا قبل تقديم اي طلب
الرجاء توفير القياسات باتجاه واحد فقط
جميع القطع تفصيل ولا يوجد قطع جاهزة
لا يوجد لدينا استبدال او استرجاع الا في حالة وجود عيب
مصنعي او خطأ في القياسات من قبل البوتيك وذلك خلال 24 ساعة من استلام الطلب ولن يتم استلام الطلب بعد هذه المدة
الخيوط جزء من القطعة
يتحمل العميل رسوم التوصيل في حالة وجود خطأ في القياسات من قبله
نرجو اتباع تعليمات الغسيل الخاصة بكل قطعة للحفاظ على جودتها ، لا نتحمل مسؤولية اي ضرر ناتج عن سوء الاستخدام او الغسيل الغير مناسب
بعد اتمام عملية الدفع لا يمكن الغاء الطلب تحت اي ظرف
لا يوجد استرجاع للمبالغ المدفوعة
مدة الطلب تتراوح مابين اسبوعين الى 4 اسابيع

Boutique Policy
Please read our policy before placing any order:
Please provide measurements in one direction only.
All pieces are custom-made; we do not offer ready-made items.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or a measurement error from the boutique's side, and it must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order Requests beyond this period will not be accepted.
Threads are considered part of the garment.
The customer is responsible for delivery fees if the measurement error is on their side.
Please follow the specific washing instructions for each piece to maintain its quality. We are not responsible for any damage caused by improper use or washing.
Once the payment is completed, the order cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
No refunds for paid amounts.
Order completion time ranges between 2 to 4 weeks
